2. Eligibility for Exchange

• Products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Processing Time

• All return and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days.

4. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for delivery charges incurred for exchanges.
• In case of damage or leakage, we will cover all return and exchange delivery charges.
